Nature of Service

Top-Down Market Research, LLC (TDMR) seeks to provide an authoritative investment report for the private use of its subscribers. TDMR is an information service and solicits no action, based upon its contents, to buy or sell any security. All industry and stock forecasts reflect the predicted outcome based on historical patterns derived by artificial neural network technologies.

TDMR's Responsibility

TDMR and its employees are not affiliated with and do not receive compensation from any companies that are recommended in the AI Stock Forecast. TDMR and its employees do invest in securities of recommended companies, but only after the recommendation has been published for the use of its subscribers. TDMR does not sell or otherwise distribute personal information or email addresses of its subscribers.

Subscriber's Responsibility

The subscriber may not reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any of the information made available through the AI Stock Forecast without written permission. Furthermore, the subscriber understands that the username and password assigned to them are for their personal use only and must not be made known or available to anyone else. The subscriber is responsible if they are lost, stolen or misused and must notify TDMR immediately if any of these events occur. TDMR uses special software to track the number of IP addresses used by each username. If it is determined that a particular username and password are being abused, TDMR reserves the right to terminate that subscription without warning until further investigation. This agreement is personal to the subscriber, and the subscriber may not assign the rights or obligations to anyone.

Risks

Investing involves risk and may result in a loss of capital. It should always be remembered that the future is never certain and that investments made based on forecasts and / or ratings in the AI Stock Forecast cannot be assumed to be profitable or equal to past performance. Financial decisions are personal, and subscribers are cautioned to consult their own personal financial advisor prior to investing any money.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will refund your money on a pro-rated basis for the amount of time left on your subscription. So, for instance, if you request a refund after 1 month passes on a 12 month subscription, you will be refunded 11/12 of you purchase price. Simply send us an email with the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will refund your money.

TDMR and its owners and investors are not liable for any losses or damages, monetary or otherwise, that result from actions taken after reading the contents of the AI Stock Forecast.
